Rather than leaving the outcome to chance, we immediately implemented a parallel strategy by lodging the same application with a second lender while allowing the original application to continue progressing in the background.

The result?

The second lender delivered a formal approval within 48 hours, allowing our clients to settle on time and secure their new home without unnecessary stress or risk.

Ironically, the Big 4 lender contacted us two days after settlement had already taken place — still working through the approval stage.
